How long will the delivery take?

It happens really quick. We try to deliver our order/product as quick and as possible. Depending upon
your location and address, the delivery time may vary between 1 - 9 working days.

You can track your order once it’s shipped from us. You just have to put the order ID of the product to check the details. You can also track the date for delivery.

Yes, if all the products are ordered at the same time. It may sometimes vary depending on the stock and location.

What is the shipping cost?

We provide FREE shipping for all
orders above Rs. 500 in India. A shipping fee is charged only on orders below Rs.500. In addition of Rs.119 has to be paid if they mode of payment is COD.

What should I do if I miss my delivery?

Do not worry. We will try to reattempt
it to you again and again unless the delivery of the product is cancelled.

Can I change the delivery address or mobile number once I place the order?

Yes, this can be done. Once the order is placed you get a conformation message on WhatsApp. You can manually change
the delivery address and phone number. It will automatically get changed in the
database.

Can I cancel the order once shipped?

Order cannot be cancelled once
shipped. You can only cancel the order before the tracking ID is assigned.

Can I get an express delivery?

Yes, we also ship express delivery
with an additional charge of Rs.399. It usually takes one day to ship locally.
